And should be encouraged rather than giving grants and incentives for the encouragement of electric private car ownership for vehicles that will sit unused for 90%+ of their lifetime hoarding precious limited resources and waste valuable skilled workforce man-hours that could be put to better use in other more urgent green economy jobs.
