Military Drones’ Production Outside of Turkey

TUSAS (Turkish Aerospace Industries) and Kazakhstan Engineering come to an agreement for the production of ANKA Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in Kazakhstan, APA reports citing CNN Turk.

TUSAS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with state-owned Kazakhstan Engineering on technology transfer, including maintenance and repair. Kazakhstan will be the first country outside Turkey to produce ANKA military reconnaissance-strike drones.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a joint declaration in the capital Ankara elevating bilateral relations to the level of “enhanced strategic partnership”.
